Left Brain
Sarah Finnie
Sarah has worked across marketing, creative and operational teams in the UK, Europe and back home in New Zealand. Prior to Good Viking, she was General Manager of TVNZ Blacksand for ten years with her remit expanding to include TVNZ’s full Marketing suite for three years.
Across her career, Sarah has transformed brands, built teams, grown customers, launched channels, chaired conferences, changed technology, won awards and always put people first.
She believes in building things to last, and she has a passion for inside-out brand building, resilient creative strategy and organisational culture.
Right Brain
Jens Hertzum
Jens is a creative change agent who has made a profound impact on all of the brands and creative departments he has worked for, often helping to shape the company’s future direction.
A talented executive creative director, art director, director, writer and international speaker, he loves to answer a brief with vibrant, left-field thinking. Prior to Good Viking, Jens was the Executive Creative Director at TVNZ Blacksand for eight years leading the creative and design teams across all platforms and winning over 100 international and local awards, including Axis, Beacon, Best, Voyager and Promax awards.
Jens has lectured at AFTAS, Auckland University, Auckland Media Design School and is the former Chairman of Promax Australasia.
